Copyright & Content Rights Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
RJStory produces video from material you provide. RJStory does not verify who owns the copyright in the text, PDFs, links, X posts, uploaded reference images, images inside uploaded PDFs, or brand and advertising material you submit. That responsibility is yours.
Your warranty
By submitting any input - including any reference image you upload and any image contained in a PDF you upload - you represent and warrant that you own it or have the rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use it with RJStory and to publish the resulting video. This includes copyright, trademarks, rights of publicity and likeness, and any third-party permissions. The output is an AI-generated video - a transformative rendered reel (with an intermediate scene plan), not a reproduction of your source - but that does not remove your responsibility for the rights in what you submit and publish.
Prohibited material
Do not submit material you are not permitted to use, or material whose creation or publication would be illegal. See the acceptable-use section of the Terms of Service.
Copyright complaints (takedown)
If you believe content created or hosted through RJStory infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@rjstory.io with:
- your contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- identification of the RJStory content or job at issue, with enough detail to locate it;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, the law, or an agent;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review valid notices, may remove or disable the content at issue, and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
