Frequently Asked Questions

What is RJStory?

A tool that turns text, PDFs, links, X posts, topics, and ad briefs - or a token team's whitepaper, website, and X post at once - into narrated vertical video reels using AI. See About.

How much does a video cost?

Up to 10 credits for up to 1 minute, up to 21 for up to 3 minutes, or up to 34 for up to 5 minutes. 1 credit = $1. A successful reel costs a 4 / 5 / 5-credit base for those options, plus 0.5 credit per started 5-second block delivered, capped at the reserved maximum. No video means a full refund. See Pricing.

How do credits and top-ups work?

You buy a credit balance; each render reserves its maximum price and settles under the same base-plus-block formula. $1 = 1 credit, and the available top-up amount is shown at checkout. Top-up credits are separate from the internal cost of running the AI and video generation providers.

Can I pay with crypto (USDC)?

Yes. USDC (stablecoin) is available at checkout, alongside card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Choose "Pay in USD" at checkout to see the USDC option; the exact set of payment methods shown depends on your region and device.

Is there a token?

Yes: the RJStory token ($RJS) launches July 22, 2026 on Virtuals Protocol. It changes nothing about how the product works - credits, rendering, pricing, and refunds are identical with or without it. See the Token page and the Whitepaper. Not financial advice.

What if a render fails?

Failed renders are refunded to your credit balance automatically. Degraded or partial renders that still deliver a video are charged and marked as such; contact us if you think a result had no value. See the Refund Policy.

Is the output accurate?

Not guaranteed. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, and topic/research mode especially can be inaccurate. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for fact-checking and for how you publish the result.

Do I need the rights to my inputs?

Yes. You must have the rights or permission to use every input - text, PDFs, links, X posts, and brand or ad material. See the Copyright & Content Rights Policy.

Can I sign in with Google or Apple?

Yes. You can sign in with Google or Apple, or use the one-time email link (magic link). The login panel always shows the sign-in methods currently available.

How is my data handled?

We collect your email and session, credits, jobs, submitted content, and generated artifacts, and rely on third-party service providers - authentication, payment processing, AI/video generation, and hosting - to run the Service. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy.

Will a video always be available?

The Service depends on third-party AI providers and can be slow or temporarily unavailable, and our render costs are internally capped. We do not guarantee uptime or a particular result.
