Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RJStory (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

RJStory generates AI video reels from the input and context you provide - text, PDFs, public links, X posts, topics, and ad briefs. Output is produced by automated AI systems and is a transformative interpretation of your source, not a reproduction.

2. Your inputs and your responsibility

You represent and warrant that you have the rights or permission to use every input you submit, including text, PDFs, linked pages, X posts, uploaded reference images, images contained in uploaded PDFs, and any brand, product, trademark, likeness, or advertising material.

You are solely responsible for:

• fact-checking the output and verifying its accuracy;
• the legality of your inputs and of the finished video;
• copyright, trademarks, rights of publicity, and any permissions or licenses;
• how, where, and whether you publish or distribute the result.

3. AI output disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading. Topic and research modes in particular can be wrong or omit important context. Nothing RJStory produces is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and you must not rely on it as such. You use the output at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use RJStory to create, or to submit inputs for, content that is illegal or that:

• infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence;
• is sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• impersonates a person or brand to deceive, or creates fraudulent or deceptive political or commercial content;
• attempts to bypass safety, billing, rate, or security controls, or abuses the Service (including automated scraping or overload).

We may refuse, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Availability and no guarantee

The Service depends on third-party AI providers and can be interrupted, degraded, or discontinued. Renders may fail, be delivered partially, or vary in quality. We do not guarantee any particular result, uptime, or turnaround time. Our render costs are internally capped; see Pricing.

6. Payment and credits

Renders are paid for with credits. Credit prices, top-ups, and refund handling are described in Pricing and the Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record.

7. Intellectual property

You keep the rights you hold in your inputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, we grant you the rights to use the video output you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service - to process your inputs and produce, store, and deliver your output. We do not claim ownership of your source material.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJStory and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the render or credits at issue.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RJStory and its operators from claims and costs arising out of your inputs, your use of the output, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
